Situated in South Korea with its headquarters in Suwon, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd was founded on 13 January 1969. Since then Samsung has been a major manufacturer of electronic components for production and consumption purposes.

Founded in the year 1987 by Ren Zhengfei, Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd is a conglomerate company based in China with headquarters in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
